How It Works in a BESS Container

BESS environments require both temperature control and moisture management:

  • Cooling mode removes heat generated by batteries, PCS, inverters, and busbars

  • Heating mode maintains minimum operating temperature in cold seasons to protect performance

  • Dehumidification controls moisture to reduce condensation risk and corrosion, improving insulation reliability

Installation Notes

  • Ensure sufficient clearance for air inlet/outlet to avoid hot-air recirculation

  • Use proper condensate drainage and waterproof cable routing

  • Seal mounting cut-outs to maintain container protection level

  • For best temperature uniformity, keep airflow unobstructed along the aisle and rack fronts
